The framework will have two lots as follows:
— Lot 1 — Works valued between 300 000 GBP to 3 000 000 GBP,
— Lot 2 — Works valued 3,000,0001 GBP and above
It is anticipated there will be a maximum of 5 providers appointed to the framework for each lot. Those successfully appointed to the Framework will be invited to participate in further competitions to be awarded contracts for individual construction projects.

1. Contract and length:
The frameworks will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years, but may be extended by a further year. Call-off contracts under the framework can extend beyond the life of the framework agreement.
2. User Organisations:
Any public body authority operating in the geographical county of Norfolk or in the Eastern region of the UK may use the framework and must do so in line with the terms and conditions of the framework.
