Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegovog poslovnog nastana.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Jamstvo za uredno ispunjenje ugovora. Ponuditelj je obvezan, u slučaju odabira njegove ponude, u roku od 10 (deset) dana od dana potpisivanja ugovora dostaviti garanciju banke za uredno ispunjenje ugovora u iznosu od 10 % (deset posto) od vrijednosti ugovora bez PDV-a. Garancija banke mora važiti 60 dana duže od ugovorenog roka isporuke i mora sadržavati obvezu da će banka na prvi poziv i bez prigovora isplatiti iznos jamstva. Jamstvo za uredno ispunjenje ugovora naplatit će se u slučaju povrede ugovornih obveza.
