Categoria del servizio: servizi di raccolta differenziata rifiuti e di igiene ambientale.
Luogo di esecuzione dell’appalto: su tutto il territorio comunale di Comune di Faleria (VT) come da documentazione in atti di gara
Importo dell’appalto: Il canone posto a base di gara è pari ad Euro 900.000,00 + IVA, di cui oneri per la sicurezza pari ad Euro 50.000 + IVA. L’importo a base di gara per ogni anno è pari ad Euro 170.000,00 + IVA, cui vanno aggiunti euro 10.000,00 annui + IVA per oneri della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso, fatta salva, a partire dal terzo anno, la revisione sulla base degli indici ISTAT - Importo soggetto a ribasso percentuale: Euro 850.000,00. L’importo a base di gara è al netto dell’IVA nonché degli oneri per la sicurezza dovuti a rischi da interferenze. L’ammontare effettivo di appalto sarà quello fissato in sede di aggiudicazione, dedotto il ribasso percentuale offerto dall’aggiudicatario, e si intenderà remunerativo di tutti gli oneri e gli obblighi previsti nell’Offerta dell’aggiudicatario, nel Capitolato Speciale d’ Appalto, nel Capitolato descrittivo prestazionale e relativi allegati. L’appalto è finanziato mediante fondi propri del Comune di Faleria. Ai sensi dell’art. 23, comma 16, del Codice l’importo posto a base di gara comprende i costi della manodopera.
