— 23 000 m Neubau eines 4. Streckengleises;

— 60 000 m geänderte Gleislage der 3 Streckengleise sowie Untergrundertüchtigung für V = 230 km/h;

— 70 000 m Gleisentwässerungsanlagen und Betonkabelkanäle;

— ca. 97 Weichenneubauten incl. Weichenheizungsanlagen;

— Neubau von 7 Aufzugsanlagen;

— 80 000 m neue Oberleitungsarbeiten;

— Anpassungen von Weichenheizstationen;

— 17 000 m neue Schallschutzanlagen;

— 15 000 m Schallschutzanlagen zwischen den Gleisanlagen;

— 15 Kreuzungsbauwerke (Straßenüberführungen);

— 10 Eisenbahnüberführungen und 1 Überwerfungsbauwerk;

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Gemäß Forderung des Baulastträgers ist, aufbauend auf die im Rahmen der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung erstellten Lösungsvarianten, die verkehrszeitliche Verkehrsführung über die SÜ BAB für alle Bauphasen zu beplanen.

Weiterhin sind im Rahmen der Ausführungsplanung für die SÜ BAB 66 auch die angrenzenden Bereiche zu betrachten sowie die entsprechenden Bauumfänge aus zu schreiben.
