Employer’s agent services

WM seek to appoint an employer’s agent to provide the following services for Key Stage 6 (Detailed Design and Construction) only:

— project management,

— contract management including fulfilling NEC PM/Supervisor roles,

— cost management,

— technical assurance.

The employer’s agent will act in an assurance role on the design and build contractor for Key Stage 6 on behalf of Welsh Government.
