The selection process will be by firstly notifying an expression of interest. An expression of interest will be deemed to be the completion and submission of a pre-qualification questionnaire by the date indicated in the pre-qualification documents obtainable for download from the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Practices shortisted from a qualitative assessment of the pre-qualification submissions will be invited to tender. Final selection will be on the basis of best value by balancing quality and price.
