The Norwegian Environment Agency, c/o the Norwegian Directorate for Nature Management shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for the leasing/hire or procurement of cars. The system shall include cars that are used for official journeys. The relevant cars are mainly closed goods vans and pickups.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The requirement for new cars is varying from year to year and there may be use for cars throughout the year. Most of cars will be leased/hired for 36-60 months. The Norwegian Directorate for Nature Management has currently approx. 90 cars.

The system includes leasing, hire or procurement, as well as service agreements.
