Subcontracting is limited to the recycling and/or dismantling of the goods which the contractor, in the framework of its support for humanitarian or social projects and programmes, cannot reuse or resell. Any part of the contract subcontracted remains the contractor's responsibility. The Commission reserves the right to verify the legal position, economic and financial capacity and the technical capacity of any subcontractors.
