Das Chemnitzer Viadukt ist Bestandteil des Chemnitzer Bahnbogens, wobei die Bereiche rechts und links des Chemnitzer Viaduktes im Zuge des 1. BAs bereits realisiert werden. Der NT 05 wird im Wesentlichen erforderlich, um Planfreigaben für den 1. BA fristgerecht erzielen zu können. Die Radwegeplanung im Bau- und Endzustand ist eine zusätzliche Leistung, die sich aus dem fortschreibenden Planungsstand für das Chemnitzer Viadukt ergeben hat. Ein Wechsel des AN ist nicht möglich, da die geänderten bzw. zusätzlichen Leistungsinhalte unmittelbar in die beauftragten Leistungsteile wirken und keine Abgrenzung ermöglichen.
