Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) has a need to hire plant and equipment to enable it to undertake its day to day operations.

These requirements have been broken down into the following lots:

— operated plant,

— non-operated plant,

— tool and fencing hire,

— site accommodation,

— traffic lights.

To ensure availability of plant and equipment and that the highest levels of service are delivered, RMBC is looking to make multiple awards against each lot, with mini competition then being undertaken within the framework as and when a requirement arises.
