SPS 2227 — Adaptations to Council Properties
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) wishes to invite potential suppliers to tender for adaptations to Council Dwellings. The works will be split into two lots:
Lot 1: Internal adaptations:
Internal adaptations — predominantly but not limited to: shower over bath; bathroom to wet room conversion; combining WC/bathroom into a wet room; constructing new WC, constructing new bathroom, constructing new wet room, constructing new combined WC/bathroom, constructing new combined WC/wet room; providing wash/dry WC; minor adaptation to existing kitchen; complete kitchen renewal; reconfiguring internal arrangements; forming doorways; widening doorways; new windows; new entrance doors, new patio doors; garage conversions; internal and external drainage; connections to external drainage; electrical; plumbing and drainage services; decorating.
Lot 2: External adaptations:
External adaptations — predominantly but not limited to: groundworks; rubbish clearance; demolition of small structures; landscaping; taking down and removing sheds/greenhouses; concreting; removing/amending/constructing pathways; constructing vehicle hard standing; paving; brickwork; demolishing/building brick retaining walls; removing/modifying/installing fencing and gates; forming ramps/steps; modular ramps/steps; forming doorways and windows; widening/adjusting existing doorways and windows; new windows; new entrance doors, new patio doors; garage conversions; internal and external drainage; connections to internal drainage; electrical; plumbing and drainage services; decorating; constructing porches; home extensions.
The Council reserves the right to award contracts for both lots 1 and lots 2 to the same contractor.
Lot 1: Internal Adaptations
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to award this lot to a single contractor to deliver these works. Full description and scope of the works are provided in the tender documentation which is accessed online following the link stated above in Section 1.3).
The contract period is for 4 years (48 months).
Lot 2: External Adaptations
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to award this lot to a single contractor to deliver these works. Full description and scope of the works are provided in the tender documentation which is accessed online following the link stated above in Section 1.3.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Contract performance conditions are outlined in the tender documentation. It is compulsory for suppliers to provide a written statement confirming they agree to the key performance indicators that can be accessed in the tender documentation. Successful economic operators will be required to meet the contract performance conditions as outlined in the tender documentations.

Section VI: Complementary information
Price is not the only criterion and all award criteria is stated only in the procurement tender documentation. This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis e-tendering suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-tendering suite.
