All tender responses and any supporting documentation must be submitted through this system. There must be no postal correspondence from bidders unless agreed with the University. Tenders shall not be sent and will not be accepted by fax or email.
For stage 1 of this process applications are invited in the form of an expression of interest which comprises an Expression of Interest (EOI) Document and short PQQ (Pre-qualification Questionnaire). From those submitting an EOI and PQQ, up to 5 teams will be selected to proceed to a 2nd stage where they will be requested to respond to an Invitation to Tender (ITT), provide further written evidence of their suitability for this project and attend a final interview with the Jury Panel. Following final interviews a winner will be selected. An overview of and further details regarding the anticipated 2nd stage requirements and ITT are available from the University's In-Tend portal. Competitors must register on In-Tend, a web-based tendering system, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofcambridge/ Once registered, Competitors will be able to express interest in this project via In-Tend and download the PQQ and EOI documentation.
