The Welcome Offices of the European Commission in Brussels and Luxembourg provide legal advisory services, particularly to officials and agents at the European Commission, their retired staff, spouses, and members of their family living under the same roof. The aim is to enter into 2 framework contracts to provide legal advisory services vis-à-vis Belgian legislation (lot 1) and Luxembourg legislation (lot 2) in the following areas:

— consumer law,

— property law,

— tax law,

— family law, and

— private international law related to these areas,

as well as areas related specifically to spouses of officials and other agents within the framework of their professional activity:

— labour law and social law,

— European Union law.
