Předmětem plnění této částí veřejné zakázky je řádné poskytování služeb spočívajících v činnostech souvisejících zejména s hospodařením v lesích ve smyslu ustanovení § 2 písm. d) zákona o lesích (dále jen „lesnické činnosti“) v rámci vymezené smluvní územní jednotky (SÚJ). Lesnické činnosti zahrnují a) pěstební činnosti, vč. dodávek sadebního materiálu; b) těžební činnosti, jakož i poskytování dalších souvisejících služeb a dodávek. Blíže viz ZD.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Důvodem pro využití zvoleného typu technologie a zajištění této činnosti je vhodnost této alternativy ve srovnání s chemickou asanací kůrovcového dříví v chráněných územích a PHO (např. Želivka), přičemž výše uvedená technologie v době vyhlášení veřejné zakázky nebyla k dispozici.
