Consultancy, technical assistance and support in the field of fight against corruption
The general objective of the framework contract is to provide consultancy, technical assistance and support in the field of fight against corruption including identification, appointment and coordination of local research correspondents in each EU Member State. The main purpose is to assist the Commission in its work in the framework of the European Semester of economic governance by collecting and process relevant information regarding anti-corruption issues in each EU Member State and by providing expertise and assistance for the discussions in the framework of the EU anti-corruption experience-sharing programme.
The core activities the contractor is expected to carry out are:
— To identify, appoint and coordinate local research correspondents in order to facilitate the activities of the Commission in the area of the fight against corruption in the framework of the European semester of economic governance,
— To provide consultancy, technical assistance and support services in the field of the fight against the corruption in all EU Member States,
— To assist the Commission with the organisation of workshops and other types of events under the experience-sharing programme of the Commission.
