II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Predmet nabave uključuje redovito i periodično čišćenje prostorija prema tehničkoj specifikaciji navedenoj u Prilogu I ove Dokumentacije o nabavi gdje su opisane tehnike čišćenja, vrste čišćenja, kategorije prostora za čišćenje, opis usluga i učestalost te provedba kontrole kvalitete usluge čišćenja. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan predmet nabave izvršavati uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, u skladu sa pozitivnim propisima koji se odnose na predmet nabave, nalozima i uputama Naručitelja, te uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan predmet izvoditi sa svojim djelatnicima, vlastitom opremom, alatom i priborom, te vlastitim potrošnim materijalom (npr. vreće za smeće, sredstva za čišćenje, krpe i sl.) pridržavajući se standarda i kvalitete izvršavanja usluga na dnevnoj i mjesečnoj razini kao i standardima i pravilima struke.
