III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

a) Financial Capability: The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last 5 (five) years prior to bid submission deadline, demonstrating the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position. As a minimum, the Bidder’s net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.

For a joint venture, this requirement shall be met by each member

b) Specific Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed at least 1 (one) contract within the last 5 (five) years prior to bid submission deadline, with a value of at least 250,000 EURO or 2 (two) contracts with a total value of at least 375,000 EURO for the lots 1,3,4,and 5 and 80,000 and 120,000 EURO respectively for Lot 2 that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the (lot) Contract. For a joint venture, this requirement may be met by all members combined.
