Denna upphandling omfattar ett ramavtal gällande tandvårdsutrustning och service/underhåll enligt beskrivning kravspecifikation samt kravspecifikation för respektive objekt. Denna upphandling omfattar även installation/montering av tandvårdsutrustning samt utbildning av användare och servicepersonal. Upphandlingen består av följande objekt:

Operationsbelysning

Dental röntgen

Dental diskdesinfektor

Utrustning för rengöring, desinfektion och smörjning

Utrustning för rengöring, smörjning och autoklavering med värme och vatten

Autoklaver

Takvärdet i ramavtalet är 200 000 000 SEK exkl. moms.

Om ramavtalets värde överstiger angivet belopp upphör ramavtalet att gälla utan ytterligare bekräftelse från någondera part. Parterna delar ett ömsesidigt ansvar att underrätta motparten om takvärdet uppnås.

Takvärdet ska inte ses som ett garanterat värde utan fastställer endast en övre gräns för ramavtalet.
