Access to healthcare for people in rural areas.
The purpose of this project is to identify and implement actions to help EU Member States improve access to healthcare in rural areas. It will concentrate on the general objective — to which the project should contribute although without aiming to achieve it with this contract — which is ‘to contribute to better access to good quality healthcare in rural areas’.
Subject of contract:
The subject of this contract is a project to propose the development of actions to support EU Member States in improving access to healthcare in rural areas. 4 results are expected from this project:
1) assessment of the situation, review of the current state of the art and collection of best practices;
2) exchange of information and provision of policy guidance;
3) support Member States in implementing adequate best practices in their rural territories;
4) dissemination of project results.
