The NPS on behalf of the Welsh public sector wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the supply of Temporary Agency Staff.
Key areas are likely to include but are not limited to:

— Education, Teaching Staff, Non Teaching and Support staff for schools;
— Specialist Police;
— ICT;
— Health - Non Medical;
— Interim Managers.

The commitment to deliver ‘community benefit' outcomes from our procurement activity is designed to ensure that wider social and economic issues are taken into account when spending public money. The intention is to achieve the very best value for money in the widest sense. Consequently Community Benefits clauses will be considered as part of the proposed procurement as Core or non-Core or a combination of both to address socio-economic and / or environmental issues.
This requirement is for a Managed Service Provision of Temporary Agency Staff. The Managed Service provider(s) will be encouraged to work with local Agency providers on a tiering basis.
