(i) (Reopening based on threshold) Development of new software products or major upgrade of an existing software product delivered in the form of a project;

(ii) (Cascade) Maintenance activities pertaining to the modification of a product after delivery to correct faults, to improve performance or other attributes; and

(iii) (Cascade) Further development of an existing software product, typically to add or modify business functionality.

The place of performance of the contract will predominantly be at the contractor’s premises. Only a few activities is expected to be delivered at ECDC’s premises in Solna, Sweden.

The contractor is expected to work in close collaboration with ECDC, an external IT infrastructure contractor, and an external IT Quality Assurance contractor.
