The provision of Modular buildings for the public sector including the following types of use Education, Healthcare, offices and community buildings.
Tenders will be required to offer a full turn key solution providing all Services required to deliver a full project from design through to handover.
It is proposed that the framework will be divided into regional lots to encourage tenders from SME's.
Separate contract notices will be issued for England, Wales and Scotland.
It is proposed each contract notice will be split into regional lots

Contractual Warranties may be required by the arrangement users for individual contracts. Parent company guarantees may be required by LHC and arrangement users. Groups of suppliers tendering will be required to assume a specific legal form if successful. All tenders will be required to provide certification from a independent body attesting conformity to ISO 9001 and environmental management standards in accordance with the community ECO-management and Audit scheme (EMAS or ISO 14001).
