Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

a) Abnahmen im Fertigteilwerk inkl. Aufwendungen für Fahrten dorthin sind für die Erfüllung des Vertrages sowie des gesamten Werkserfolges zwingend erforderlich.

b) grundsätzlich sind Abnahmen Bestandteil der vertraglichen Leistungen, der erhöhte und zusätzliche Aufwand wurde erst nach Bekanntgabe der Fertigungsstätten durch den AN bekannt; zu diesem Zeitpunkt befand sich die Büw bereits in den Prozessen.

d) Zeitverzug und erhöhter Aufwand durch Bindung neuer Kapazitäten inkl. Übergabe der laufenden Prozesse.
