In het kader van het Programma Duurzaamheid en de huidige beleidsdoelen van de Gemeente Amsterdam (Routekaart Amsterdam Klimaatneutraal 2050), wenst de panden in eigendom en beheer bij Gemeentelijk Vastgoed te verduurzamen door het plaatsen van zonnepanelen op het dak.

De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het leveren & installeren en beheer & onderhoud van zonnestroomsystemen op de daken van circa 21 panden van Gemeentelijk Vastgoed met een totaal vermogen van circa 700 kiloWattpiek (kWp). De zonnepanelen dienen te worden aangesloten op de elektrische installaties van de panden. De aanbesteding omvat tevens een onderhoudscontract voor een periode van 5 jaar.

De Opdracht wordt verdeeld in 3 percelen. De Gemeente wenst een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten met leverancier per perceel voor een periode van 2 jaar, met de optie op de opdracht twee keer met één jaar te kunnen verlengen. De geschatte (initiële) opdrachtwaarde is €300.000 per perceel. De maximale opdrachtwaarde is €2.000.000.
