II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

TV 2 Danmark A/S and the Regional TV 2 stations calls for the supply of Content Delivery Network (CDN) Services. The tender will be carried through as a competitive procedure with negotiation.

The purpose of the tender is to seek CDN partners to help TV 2 to provide a distribution portfolio which will cover all or a majority of TV 2's live and on-demand delivery of video content to consumers of TV 2's digital services. The consumers are primarily located in Denmark but TV 2's digital services are also accessible from most of Europe and to some extend also from outside of Europe.

Video will be distributed over the infrastructure to a multi-platform end-user scenario supporting internet connected devices like computers, various mobile devices, gaming consoles, smart-TVs and other connected devices.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

The candidate must document it's technical and professional ability by listing in the Mercell Tender Portal the 3 most significant deliveries of similar services performed within the last 3 years. ‘Most significant’ is understood as the deliveries of services with the strongest similarity with this tender for customers within the same geographical region (Northern Europe), because regional connectivity is of high relevance for similarity evaluation. The candidate must in the Mercell Tender Portal state the following for the 3 deliveries of services mentioned above:

— name of the company that has received the service from tenderer,

— date for starting and finishing the service from tenderer,

— total cost of the contract.

The tenderer is urged to in the Mercell Tender Portal to upload separate documents for each of the 3 deliveries. The appendices must give detailed information about the 3 deliveries allowing customer to get a good chance to evaluate the deliveries compared to customer's requirements.
