End user computing devices and accessories
The objective of the contract is to provide EMSA with a supply channel for the purchase of End-User Computing Devices and their accessories, including (but not limited to): laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, mobile phones, etc. and all the accessories and warranty related to these items (e.g. external hard disks, DVD drives, pen drives, docking stations, headsets, etc.).
The tenderer shall propose 1 model for each of the reference configurations mentioned in Appendix 1, i.e. standard laptop, 2-in-1 (hybrid) laptop model, standard desktop, and standard monitor. Configurations mentioned in Appendix 1 are the minimum specifications. Details on each of the proposed models regarding used technology, performance and environmental impact shall be provided by the tenderers.
The tenderer shall provide a price for each of the proposed reference configurations and its respective warranty as mentioned in Appendix 2.
Although EMSA will predominantly purchase the reference configurations, tenderers are requested to provide a link to their online catalogue to facilitate the procuring of equipment outside the reference configurations.
Possibility of renewal up to three times for the same duration of 12 months per each renewal.
