The scope of the present call for tenders is to obtain provision for translation services relating to European Union trade marks, registered Community designs and general administrative documents.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The services will relate to translation and translation modification services in connection with EUIPO’s work in the field of the protection of intellectual property (IP) rights, mainly in all the official EU languages. The successful tenderer will also have to carry out the contracted tasks in non-EU languages, when specifically requested to do so.
