The scope of the present call for tenders is to obtain provision for translation services relating to European Union trade marks, registered Community designs and general administrative documents.
EUIPO premises (Avda. de Europa, 4 - 03008 Alicante) and/or contractor's premises.
The services will relate to translation and translation modification services in connection with EUIPO’s work in the field of the protection of intellectual property (IP) rights, mainly in all the official EU languages. The successful tenderer will also have to carry out the contracted tasks in non-EU languages, when specifically requested to do so.
This call for tenders aims at establishing a Framework Contract in cascade with a maximum of three contractors, for an initial duration of 2 years, renewable for 2 times of 1 year each. The maximum duration of the Framework Contracts shall not exceed 4 years.

Each tenderer may send up to two representatives. The Office should be informed by email to email@example.com of the names and identity document numbers of the visitors before 24/07/2018.

e-Ordering and e-Invoicing from the e-Prior platform will be used only with the contracting parties having implemented these systems.
