Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen werden auf der Grundlage von Auflagen der Naturschutzbehörden erforderlich. Zur Erlangung einer zeitnahen Planungssicherheit sind weitere Kartierleistungen zu erarbeiten.

b) Wechsel des AN aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht möglich Notwendigkeit der Sicherstellung der geplanten Ausführungstermine.

d) Wechsel des AN ist mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten oder Zusatzkosten verbunden.

Diese zusätzlichen Leistungen können zusammenhängend von dem bereits beauftragten AN umgesetzt werden. Das führt zu Synergieeffekten und damit zu entsprechenden Kosteneinsparungen.
