Předmětem plnění této částí veřejné zakázky je řádné poskytování služeb spočívajících v činnostech souvisejících zejména s hospodařením v lesích ve smyslu ustanovení § 2 písm. d) zákona o lesích (dále jen „lesnické činnosti“) v rámci vymezené smluvní územní jednotky (SÚJ). Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Vzhledem k výraznému meziročnímu nárůstu těžby kůrovcem napadeného dříví v uplynulém období je předpoklad dalšího napadení porostů kůrovci v jarním a letním období. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné nasmlouvat další dostupné činnosti v ochraně lesa proti kůrovcům, které nejsou v původním ceníku pěstebních činností - instalace obranných opatření pro efektivní zvýšení kapacity obranných opatření.
