List and brief description of conditions:

Deklaruodami, kad nėra pagrindo pašalinti iš pirkimo, kartu su pasiūlymu užpildytą Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD) turi pateikti:

- pasiūlymą pateikęs dalyvis;

- kiekvienas tiekėjų grupės partneris, jei pasiūlymą pateikia tiekėjų grupė;

- kiekvienas subtiekėjas, kurio pajėgumais, t. y. siekdamas atitikti kvalifikacijos reikalavimus, remiasi tiekėjas.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Perkančioji organizacija reikalauja, kad paslaugų teikimo laikotarpiui pirkimo sutarties įvykdymas būtų užtikrinamas užstatu arba banko garantija 3 000.00 eur sumai.

Tiekėjui už pažeidimus, padarytus ne dėl Užsakovo kaltės, Sutarties vykdymo metu taikomos baudos nurodytos sutarties sąlygose.

Atsiskaitymai su tiekėjais nurodyti sutarties sąlygose.
