It is essential to notice that the service contract will be implemented in 2 phases, both for a 24 month duration.
The initiation of the second phase is subject to EU budget availability, to persistence of training needs and to the positive analysis and approval of the final report on the implementation of the first phase.
The value mentioned under II.2.1 corresponds to the maximal amount available for the 2 phases of the contract.
