III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to have a minimum financial and economic capacity, which shall be assessed on the basis of the following:
— average annual turnover of at least 200 000 EUR over the past 3 financial years.
This capacity will be assessed on the basis of:
— copy of balance sheets, or summaries thereof, and profit and loss accounts for the past 3 financial years, together with a copy of any reports from the board of directors and external auditors, if available, relating to those financial years. If, for a valid reason substantiated by supporting documents, the candidate is unable to provide them, he must enclose a solemn declaration stating the annual profits after tax for the past 3 financial years.

for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to prove a minimum level of capacity:
— over the past 3 years, they have supplied at least 200 prestige chairs similar to those required under this contract.
Economic operators' technical and professional capacity shall be proven by:
— list of the main deliveries of supplies related to the contract, made during the past 3 years. The tenderer must give details, per delivery, of the quantities and technical characteristics of the chairs supplied, as well as the recipients involved.

Mandatory site visit:
to enable tenderers to acquaint themselves with the architectural characteristics of the locations envisaged for the chairs (and, in full knowledge of the facts, propose chairs adapted to the contract requirements), the relevant departments of the Court of Justice of the European Union will organise a mandatory site visit.
2 site visits will be organised: on 13.8.2015 (10:30) and 24.8.2015 (15:00), and will take place at:
Court of Justice of the European Union, Galerie Building, Reception, plateau de Kirchberg, 2925 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG.

Tenderers must confirm the date they choose at least 24 hours before the site visit, by e-mail to: dl-achats-logistique@curia.europa.eu

The Court may schedule additional dates and times, if it deems necessary.
Tenders submitted by economic operators who did not attend the mandatory site visit will be considered unacceptable.
