Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei Wechsel des AN müssten die bereits erfolgten Vorarbeiten nochmals ausgeführt werden und der AN müsste in die vorliegende Ergebnisse der Recherchen einarbeiten. Dies würde zu zusätzlichen Kosten führen. Besitzt der zweite AN eine andere Technik oder verwendet ein anderes Verfahren zur Ermittlung der Bodenleitfähigkeit, könnten die bereits gemessenen Bodenwerte nur mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten durch andere Technik eingelesen und bearbeitet werden oder aufgrund eines anderen Verfahrenes gar nicht verwendet werden.
