The tasks will be completed in the Contractor’s premises. If required, specific services shall be delivered in Cedefop’s premises in Thessaloniki-Greece.

The purpose of the contract is to acquire legal services to cover Cedefop’s needs, including:

— litigation and pre-litigation,

— administrative, legal and judicial proceedings,

— European Ombudsman and EDPS complaints,

— OLAF investigations,

— administrative inquiries and disciplinary proceedings,

— transparency and public access to documents,

— functioning and governance of the Agency, legal matters related to procurement, administrative matters and Human Resources, etc.
