The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a scaffolding services contract to support the delivery of a responsive repair service to the Council’s housing stock of approximately 8 000 properties. The contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1.11.2019 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year up to a maximum contract period of 5 years.

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a scaffolding services contract to support the delivery of a responsive repair service to the Council’s housing stock of approximately 8 000 properties. The contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1.11.2019 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year up to a maximum contract period of 5 years. There may also be occasions when this provision is used for Corporate Buildings under the ownership of the Council.
