II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

1. Het samen met vrijwilligers van verenigingen/diverse instanties, later genoemd ‘verenigingen’, in de kernen binnen de bebouwde kom huis-aan-huis inzamelen van OPK via minicontainers.

2. Het huis-aan-huis inzamelen van OPK via minicontainers in het buitengebied en het industrieterrein in Steenbergen. Bij deze inzameling worden geen vrijwilligers ingezet.

3. Het ledigen van de bovengrondse en ondergrondse OPK verzamelcontainers ten behoeve van appartementen en/of hoogbouw.

4. Het leveren van een inzamelwagen, chauffeur, en indien nodig beladers, ten behoeve van de OPK inzameling.

5. Het beschikbaar stellen van een gesloten perscontainer voor de milieustraat. Het legen, laden en transporteren van de container. Het betreft de huur van één container voor gebruik, rekening houdend met een wisselcontainer.

6. Het afvoeren van al het ingezamelde OPK, van zowel de huis-aan-huis inzameling, de ondergrondse en bovengrondse verzamelcontainers, als van de milieustraat.

7. Het verwerken van al het ingezamelde en/of aangeboden OPK, dat dient te worden uitgevoerd door een erkend bij PRN aangesloten bedrijf en door VPGI gecertificeerde (Erkenningsregeling OPK) verwerkingsinrichting ).

8. Het registreren van het OPK via weegbonnen/transportgeleideformulieren en rapporteren van gegevens.
