The Agency wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a variety of services related to reception, switchboard management and hosting services for staff, delegates and visitors at the Agency’s new office location in Amsterdam Zuidas.

The main working language of the Agency is English and proficiency of the contractor’s staff will be essential; a working knowledge of Dutch is mandatory, and knowledge of other EU languages is also desirable.
