Provision of Building Repair and Maintenance Services to the European Environment Agency (EEA)
The EEA considers that it will require the provision of a various range of services in the following areas: electric work, plumbing, carpentry/joinery, flooring, plastering, painting and decorating.
Furthermore, the EEA envisages modernising and optimising the office space it occupies in order to provide a working environment better suited to the mission it is entrusted with.
All services shall be performed at the EEA’s premises located at Kongens Nytorv 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
As specified under sections 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 of the tender specifications.
The successful tenderer will be awarded a framework service contract for an initial period of 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of signature, with the possibility of maximum one renewal for another period of 24 (twenty-four) months.
During 3 years following the entry into force of the original contract the EEA reserves the right to exercise the option of conducting a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice for new services with the future contractor in accordance with point (e) of the second subparagraph of point 11.1 and point 11.4 of Annex I to the Financial Regulation.

Section IV: Procedure
At the EEA premises in Kongens Nytorv 6, 1050 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
Representatives of tenderers (1 per tenderer) are allowed to participate in the opening session. They are requested to inform EEA's procurement services in advance and at the latest by 17 July 2020 (12:00 UTC+2) by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Section VI: Complementary information
The EEA envisages to organise a site visit of its premises. Interested tenderers are required to send an email to email@example.com by 17 June 2020 at 16.00 indicating in the subject line ‘Site visit for EEA/ADS/20/014‘ and the name of the person attending (maximum one person per tenderer). The site visit will take place within 10 calendar days of the date above-mentioned. Interested tenderers will receive an invitation with the visit details by email.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff (date of receipt), or, in the absence thereof, the day when the person concerned had knowledge of the relevant information, an appeal may be lodged with the Court of Justice of the European Union.
