Description of renewals:
The successful tenderer will be awarded a framework service contract for an initial period of 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of signature, with the possibility of maximum one renewal for another period of 24 (twenty-four) months.

The EEA envisages to organise a site visit of its premises. Interested tenderers are required to send an email to procurement@eea.europa.eu by 17 June 2020 at 16.00 indicating in the subject line ‘Site visit for EEA/ADS/20/014‘ and the name of the person attending (maximum one person per tenderer). The site visit will take place within 10 calendar days of the date above-mentioned. Interested tenderers will receive an invitation with the visit details by email.
