The subject of this call for tenders is:
a) the provision of the following on-site IT services for the Publications Office Infocentre:
— development, evolution, maintenance as well as support and assistance of the local applications and macros. ColdFusion is currently the main development platform. In the future, other technologies may be used,
— development, evolution, maintenance as well as support and assistance related to Microsoft Office Automation products (Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013, Microsoft Office SharePoint 2013, and Office 365),
— development, evolution, maintenance as well as support and assistance related to the Publications Office's reporting system based on the Business Objects (BO) software.
In case of platform change, the contractor will be informed at least 2 months in advance;
b) the execution of IT projects based on the abovementioned technologies managed by the Publications Office Infocentre.
