The Council used a competitive dialogue procedure consisting of 3 stages (Selection, Invitation to take part in dialogue (ITPD) and Invitation to Submit Final Tenders (ITSF)) to award a contract to develop a 50-50 Joint Venture in order to progress the Cambridge Road Estate Regeneration Programme of works.

The contract is for a major regeneration and development project to regenerate the 8.6 hectare Cambridge Road Estate and deliver circa 2000 new mixed-tenure homes including replacement homes for current residents over a 10-year period.
