Shettleston Housing Association are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to provide professional services for the design and delivery of a new build housing development at the site of the former St Mark's School.
The following services are required:
1. Architect.
2. Civil and Structural Engineer.
3. Quantity Surveyor.
4. CDM Coordinator.
These will be separate appointments direct with the Association. The Association anticipate all appointments being made on a traditional basis using recognised industry standard documents.
Shettleston Housing Association is proposing to redevelop the site of the former St Mark's school, located at Muiryfauld Drive. The building has now been cleared from the site and it is expected that there will be in the region of 42 houses and flats created.
It is anticipated that the development cost will be approximately 3 800 000 GBP and will be traditionally procured. Subject to external factors such as planning etc. It is envisaged site works will commence late 2015 / 2016.
The design stage of the project is planned to commence immediately upon conclusion of the procurement of consultants to achieve the site start dates identified above.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of 10 calender days standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to the tenderers. The period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the Contracting Authority before the contract is entered into. Tenderers have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in Annex A. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at the risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into, the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
