II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The main structure of the new building project of Wing M is almost completed. However, the further development of the building can currently only take place once executing contractors have been found and commissioned. In order to avoid damage caused by weather conditions, the building must be heated, i. e. to prevent the interior walls from getting too cold during the winter and then the warm humid outside air condensing on the cold walls the next spring/summer. The measure must be taken to protect already installed components (ventilation duct parts, gas piping, coating or paint, walls, ceilings and floors).

The offer includes the following tasks: Installation and maintenance of ventilation and heating units including accessories and equipment for ventilation and heating of the shell of Wing M. The equipment is rented and the contractor is responsible for operation, maintenance and regular servicing, as well as the supply of heating oil.
