No tenders or requests to participate were received or all were rejected

VI.3)Additional information:

The price proposed by the only tender received for lot 14 — Ireland was found to exceed the maximum amount set by Eurofound as determined and documented internally prior to launching the procurement procedure. As a result, the tender was judged to be unacceptable and rejected. Subsequently, Eurofound decided to cancel the procedure. Please note that original contract notice related to this procedure contained 28 lots and evaluation process in relation to all other lots, with exception of lot 14 — Ireland, is still ongoing.

A competitive procedure with negotiation without prior publication of a contract notice is planned to be used in order to ensure contract award for Ireland.
