Organisation of the European Enterprise Promotion Awards, the SME Week and the SME Assembly for the years 2016–2017.

Services
Service category No 11: Management consulting services [6] and related services
Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the service provider, with the exception of the EASME or the European Commission's premises. A maximum of 4 coordination meetings per year with the EASME and/or the European Commission will be held in Brussels. In addition to the regular contacts, the contractor will be required to organise a number of meetings each year (2016 and 2017) in Brussels with representatives of the European Commission and EASME. Finally, the contractor is required to organise high-profile events (SME Assemblies and the EEPA ceremonies) in the countries holding the EU Presidencies of the EU (i.e. Slovakia in 2016, the United Kingdom in 2017, Bulgaria in 2018). These events will not take place in the European Commission's premises. They will be hosted in suitable venues agreed by the relevant EU Presidencies and the European Commission.

1. conference organisation for the yearly SBA conference called the SME Assembly, generally organised in the second half of every year in cooperation with the Council Presidency of that period;
2. organisation of a secretariat function for the European Enterprise Promotion Awards, the yearly award scheme organised since 2006 to award excellence in promoting entrepreneurial activities;
3. organisation of a secretariat function for the SME Week, an umbrella for hundreds of SME-related outreach activities on EU level and in Member States and beyond.
