De Aanbestedende dienst wilt aan de hand van deze Aanbesteding komen tot een partner die in staat is en ook bewezen heeft, soortgelijke opdracht met succes te realiseren. Middels deze Aanbesteding wordt de opdractht gegund aan de Inschrijver die als nummer één (1) uit de rangorde eindigt.
