ESMA premises or by videoconference (Microsoft Teams). It is the tenderer’s responsibility to have the appropriate technology in their possession to be able to access the inagural meeting.

The tenderer may send one representative to the inaugural meeting by notifying ESMA at the email address procurement@esma.europa.eu at least four days before the date of the meeting.
During this meeting, only the physical integrity of the offer and the time at which it was received will be verified.
