Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Da vom Pausenraum im 1.OG kein zweiter Fluchtweg existiert, dieser jedoch im Falle eines Brandes unbedingt notwendig ist, wurde die Firma Lehner dazu aufgefordert, diesen mithilfe eines Gerüsttreppenturms herzustellen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Unterseite des Pausenraums brandschutzsicher ertüchtigt werden muss. Um den Brandschutzputz in Höhe von 7 m auftragen zu können, wird dort ein Raumgerüst von etwa 642 m2 durch die Firma Lehner aufgebaut. Ein Wechsel des Auftraggebers kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
