ECMWF is looking for a software solution to automate its contract lifecycle management to gain efficiencies, decrease the cost of contracting that leads to strong ROI. The purpose of this RFI, published at https://www.ecmwf.int/en/about/suppliers/copernicus-procurement, is to provide ECMWF with a list of potential software tools available on the market. ECMWF is now requesting information on an initial set of proposed questions, in order to assess the range and availability of such a software with a view to tendering for such during the fourth quarter of 2020.
