De aanbestedende overheid zal uw meest recente beschikbare jaarrekening van 2016 en 2017 opvragen bij de NBB. Indien er geen wettelijke verplichting is om een jaarrekening op te stellen, vragen wij u de meest recente balans en resultatenrekening van 2016 en 2017 bij de offerte te voegen. Deze jaarrekening / balans en resultatenrekening zal gebruikt worden om een beknopte financiële analyse uit te voeren waarbij zeker de solvabiliteit en cash flow zal beoordeeld worden. Bij ondernemingen die geen gezonde financiële situatie hebben waardoor een langdurige samenwerking een probleem zou kunnen vormen, kan de offerte onregelmatig worden beschouwd en worden geweerd.
