The aim of the framework contract is to supply the Court of Justice of the European Union with:
— office chairs,
— visitor chairs,
— high-quality leather chairs.
The Court of Justice of the European Union wishes to add chairs to its chair inventory, which have technical and aesthetic qualities that are equivalent to models of those already present in the Court's buildings, in order to ensure aesthetic and architectural harmony. Therefore, the technical and aesthetic specifications of the supplies in this contract are defined by the specifications of the models of chairs that are already present in these buildings, while acknowledging the possibility that tenderers may provide other models of chairs with equivalent specifications.
